Sandra Dueñas

Illustrator and graphic designer

Sandra was born in 1991 in Málaga, Spain. When she was 2 years old her family moved to Motril, Granada. At that time her parents and older sister began to realise that she was already an artist. She and her twin sister were responsible for painting a wardrobe at the tender age of 3. Creative as she was at a young age her parents encouraged her to continue painting with just one rule 'she had to leave walls and other furniture aside of every creativity expression'. That way she began to master her artistic spirit and focus it on more suitable canvas such as papers and notebooks while she decided a technique according to her style.

Later she moved to Salobreña where she went to primary and secondary school. Sandra began painting and drawing different styles such as manga and comic, investigating her own style and techniques, especially ink. On 2005 she moved again, this time to Madrid where she decided to continue her path on the illustration world. She went to Arteneo School where she attended to digital painting and digital illustration classes and at the same time she experimented with oil painting, pastel and charcoal. Currently she resides in Madrid and specialize in digital illustration with different themes wich for the walls and furniture in her house as well as her parents is a relief.
